Returns:

We accept returns for sealed and unopened items within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization and instructions. Please note that we can only accept returns for items that are in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, excluding any shipping charges, within 2 workng days. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Refunds:

We only offer refunds for damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will assess the damage and provide further instructions on returning the item for a refund or replacement.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without their original packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
